Nomination guidelines
To ensure we recognize the most deserving individuals, please review the following criteria:

The nominee must have a proven track record of excellence in their respective field, with a clear contribution to the larger goal of Making a Better India.

The nominee must be a resident of India. Please note that NRIs and foreigners are not eligible for the nomination process.

Individuals who are active in politics, films, and/ or professional sports are ineligible.

For the Young Leader category, nominees should be approximately 45 years of age and must have already demonstrated exemplary performance and won national recognition.
Award process
Our rigorous selection process ensures that only the most outstanding leaders are recognized.
Call for nominations
Nationwide call for nominations, actively inviting entries from government, semi-government, private institutions, and NGOs.
Primary scrutiny & listing
A joint team from JK Organization and IIM Lucknow conducts primary scrutiny to prepare a list of qualified nominees for each category.
Advisory committee's shortlisting
The qualified nominees list is sent to Advisory Committees, who review and shortlist candidates based on their work and achievements.
Final Jury decision
Shortlisted names, with research, and committee recommendations are presented to the Jury, who then selects one Leader and one Young Leader per category.
